Men's Health Ad
Admirers of stocky & large men are typically torn: healthwise, it’s better for such men to be “fit” rather than husky or obese. Unfortunately, we love them big. And, more often than not, to us, the bigger the better.
First off, I hate that magazine! lol
I agree with you. I am torn between getting big (muscular and fat), being a weight trainer who trains powerlifting-style, and adding padding to my 5'5" frame. I love those big guys, especially the husky muscle bears.
But it's possible to be "fit and fat" when done the right way. A little cardio a few times a week goes a long way towards helping the the ol' ticker, and keeping diabetes at bay.
I think we CAN have our husky AND healthy guys.
